Having spent the last few years renting the house out through online agencies, we've decided to try something different and rent it out DIY fashion. So, to family, friends and friends of friends at a much-discounted rate. Obligatory post stay cleaning required but you bring your own bed linen.

The area is lovely. You are within 20-30 minutes' drive to several great beaches (Dunwich, Orford, Southwold, Sizewell) and there are lovely walks on your doorstep. There's a Waitrose a five minute drive away in Saxmundam and the local pub, the Crown, is just a walk away.
